Sushi Koju is an intimate 14-seat omakase lounge rooted in Japanese tradition and reimagined through bold flavor, visual artistry and heartfelt hospitality. Its scale creates a direct connection between chef and guest, turning dinner into a carefully considered progression. A second location is coming soon, bringing the signature Omakase-lounge experience to the vibrant destination of South Miami.
A Curated Progression
Created in partnership with Hiro Nishida of Megu, the experience centers around an innovative nine-course sushi menu accompanied by three unique starters and dessert. Authentic Japanese beverage selections complement each stage of the meal.

Every element is intentional, from the pacing of each course to its presentation, creating an experience that feels intimate and immersive.
