Chef Francesco Battisti stays rooted in Roman tradition with Amatriciana, Cacio e Pepe, Puntarelle, Carciofi and shareable pinsas. Italian cocktails, amari and a curated selection of Laziale and regional wines round out the table.
A Little Italian Funk
Studio Tre pairs the Ace Hotel's brutalist architecture with a dose of '70s Italian funk, bringing color, character and playfulness into the space.
