HIROYUKI “ZAMA” TANAKA

One of Philadelphia’s most acclaimed sushi chefs, Chef Hiroyuki “Zama” Tanaka’s approach can be credited from years of experience at some of Philadelphia’s Asian landmarks including POD, Morimoto and Genji at the Ritz Carlton. In March 2011, Chef Tanaka partnered with LDV Hospitality and took his talents to Miami where he opened Bar Tanaka in January 2012.

Tanaka’s vibrant Japanese-style of cooking recently received a three-bell review from The Philadelphia Inquirer for his Rittenhouse Square flagship sushi bar, Zama.
