Scott Conant
Scott Conant brings a deft touch and unwavering passion to creating food that is unexpected and soulful. Conant partnered with LDV Hospitality in 2007 to launch Scott Conant Management and open his premiere restaurant, Scarpetta, in New York City. The flagship Scarpetta received, amongst many accolades, a three-star review from The New York Times and a nomination for Best New Restaurant in the country from the James Beard Foundation in 2009.
After New York’s success, Conant has since launched Scarpetta at Fontainebleau Miami Beach, Scarpetta at Montage Beverly Hills, Scarpetta Thompson Toronto, and Scarpetta and D.O.C.G. Enoteca at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Prior to creating Scarpetta, Conant earned three stars from The New York Times at L’Impero. Conant has published two cookbooks, New Italian Cooking and Bold Italian and is currently the host of “24 Hour Restaurant Battle” on the Food Network.
