LDV Imports was created from the concepts that La Dolce Vita (the good life) and La Passione (passion) could be achieved by embracing the pure, man-made fruits of the earth. In 2009, LDV Hospitality partnered with Giancarlo and Alessandro Aneri to bring their artisanal and traditional wood-roasted espresso to the US. LDV Imports is proud to be the first company in North America to provide Anèri Tricaffè wood-roasted espresso, a unique blend of the most select beans in the world, exclusively sourced by Trieste’s Sandali Coffee Masters. LDV Imports’ portfolio of artisanal products includes olive oil bottled from three of the most coveted regions in Italy — Tuscany, Umbria, and Liguria — and balsamic vinegar from Modena.

Cook

  • Willingness to learn cooking techniques; classic and modern
  • 2 years work experience in high volume kitchen
  • Work experience in a fine dining or similar environment
  • The ability to stand and bend up to at least 8-10 hours per shift
  • The ability to lift 50 pounds
  • The ability to read English
  • Basic knife skills and sharp knives!

Prep Cook
