Yolato offers premium Italian gelato, sorbet and a healthy frozen yogurt. Yolato® has a smooth, creamy texture to satisfy the taste buds of any dessert lover, but is much lower in fat and cholesterol than regular ice cream. Yolato products are derived from fresh yogurt, skim and/or whole milk, natural flavorings and imported Italian gelato.

The distribution arm wholesales Yolato Frozen Dessert Bars to supermarket chains in New York and New Jersey with plans to expand nationally in 2009. The fastest growing arm of Yolato is the “shop-in-shop” concept, Yolato Express. There are currently over 50 Yolato Express outlets in New York and New Jersey and multiple franchises in development.
