Barchetta was a passion project between NYC’s infamous “fish whisperer,” Chef Dave Pasternack of the esteemed Esca restaurant, and President & Founder John Meadow.

Barchetta, an Italian seafood trattoria, captured the essence of the Mediterranean seaside. The partnership represented the pure passion that both had for the charming elements of the rustic Italian dining culture.

Barchetta was a neighborhood favorite, providing the option of the casual bar dining experience of Pasternack’s trademark crudo tastings, or a feast of homemade pastas, seafood antipasti, and whole fish paired with an eclectic international wine list.
